I developed a scalable component library and design system built around Inter typography and a teal-forward color palette, chosen to communicate reliability and professionalism in the F&B space. The franchisee-facing side covered the full purchase journey from catalog browsing and brand comparison to checkout and onboarding. The franchisor side introduced a control tower dashboard, financial reporting views, and franchisee management tools, giving brand owners real visibility into their expanding networks. Every component was built for reuse, ensuring the development team could move efficiently without revisiting design decisions at every turn.
